Where you contact us through Facebook Messenger, message content may be processed using services that help us receive, organise and draft responses to enquiries. These may include Meta/Facebook, Make and OpenAI. Automated tools may assist with interpreting job details and preparing a draft response, but customer-facing quotations can be reviewed before they are sent.
