If you have contacted Calderwood Home Services through Facebook Messenger, our website, email or another enquiry channel and would like your personal information deleted, please email Enquiries@calderwoodhomeservices.co.uk with the subject Data deletion request.

What to include

Please include enough information for us to identify the enquiry, such as your name, the email address or phone number used, your Facebook name if the request relates to Messenger, and an approximate date of contact.

What happens next

We will identify the information connected with your request and delete it where we are able to do so. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
